Voluntary Cancellation Request & Refund Declaration
By submitting this Cancellation Request, I ("Member" / "Investor") voluntarily request the cancellation of my QuantumEdge Capital plan and hereby acknowledge, agree, and confirm the following:
I confirm that this cancellation request is being submitted voluntarily and without any coercion, pressure, or inducement from QuantumEdge Capital ("QEC"), its management, employees, affiliates, or representatives.
Upon submission of this request:
My plan shall be marked as "Cancellation Requested." All future daily rewards, bonuses, commissions, incentives, promotional benefits, rank benefits, loyalty rewards, and any other earnings associated with my account shall immediately cease. No further accruals shall be generated from the date of cancellation request.
I understand and agree that before any refund is issued, QEC shall conduct a complete review of my account records. The Company shall have the right to deduct: all payouts previously received by me; all bonuses, commissions, level incomes, rewards, incentives, and promotional benefits paid to me; any administrative, compliance, banking, processing, verification, audit, tax, legal, or regulatory costs associated with my account; any adjustments, corrections, reversals, or reconciliations identified during the review process. The final refundable amount, if any, shall be determined solely based on the Company's records and reconciliation process.
I understand and agree that cancellation requests require operational, compliance, financial, and audit review. QEC may take up to thirty (30) days from the date of submission to approve, reject, or process the request. Additional time may be required where regulatory reviews, audits, banking restrictions, force majeure events, or compliance checks are involved.
Upon approval and processing of my cancellation request: my membership shall stand permanently terminated; my account and associated plan shall not be reinstated, restored, revived, transferred, or reactivated; any future participation in QEC programs shall be subject to the policies in force at that time and at the sole discretion of QEC.
Upon receipt of any approved refund amount, I acknowledge that the payment constitutes a full and final settlement of all claims, rights, benefits, earnings, commissions, rewards, incentives, or entitlements associated with my account. I agree that I shall have no further claims against QuantumEdge Capital, its promoters, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, or representatives arising out of my participation in the program.
I confirm that: I have read and understood this declaration in its entirety; I understand the consequences of cancelling my plan; I voluntarily accept all terms contained herein; I authorize QuantumEdge Capital to process my cancellation request in accordance with these terms.
